Client Support

All of the CCIE Collaboration Rack are configured to help you prepare for CCIE Collaboration Lab Exams. Our Equipment, Software and IP Address scheme matches those of CCIE Collaboration Real Lab. These Racks are designed to match our CCIE Collaboration Workbook. The Remote Control Software allows students to control the physical phone that are located in your data center.  We also allow student to setup a Site to Site VPN Tunnel so they can register their own Phone with our rack

What Equipment Do I Need to Login?

  • Laptop/Desktop with Windows XP,7 or Server (We do not support Mac/Linux)
  • Remote Desktop Client (most Windows OS has this built in)
  • Internet Explorer or FireFox
  • Telnet Client - Putty or SecureCRT
  • Cisco IP Communicator (We can provide this upon request) and/or IP Blue VTGO Phone (www.ipblue.com
  • Cisco VPN Client 5.x (We can provide this upon request)

Technical Support

We have 24/7 technical support available if you have any hardware issues or access issues. VoiceBootcamp however, does not provide support for any configurations tasks

Cancellation

Once you schedule the session, you can cancel it within 24 hours. We understand sometime in life things happen so if you need to cancel your sessions, you can do so within 24 hours. Money will not be refunded but will be credit it toward your account

Hardware Details

  • EACH of Voice Racks is identical, and completely independent of each other rack (NO equipment sharing at all)
  • EACH rack has 28xx & 29xx series ISR routers for all branches
  • EACH rack is equipped with a Catalyst 3750 or 35xx switch.
  • EACH rack has three 9971 and four 7961 IP phones (you can connect your IP phones as well).
  • EACH rack has a Unified Communications Manager 9.1.1 Publisher Server at HQ, Site B, and the Backbone.
  • EACH rack has a Unified Communications Manager 9.1.1 Subscriber Server at HQ.
  • EACH rack has a Unity Connection 9.1.1 Server at HQ, Site B, and the Backbone.
  • EACH rack has a Unified IM & Presence 9.1.1 Server at HQ, Site B, and the Backbone.
  • EACH rack has a Unified Contact Center Express 9.0.2 Server at HQ
  • EACH rack has Frame Relay, Fast Ethernet, T1, and E1 technologies
  • All routers run 15.2 IOS.

 

Every candidate/student and/or client must schedule a rack prior to accessing.  Rack Schedule is based on availability and subject to our internal review.   Unless you purchase dedicated rack, Rack Schedule is never guranteed and we reserve the right to re-schedule, disapprove or cancel the schedules.  Until Unless Rack Access is approved, it is not guranteed.

Procedure

  • Regsiter On our website or login if you already have an account
  • If existing student/canddiate - send email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to add Credit to your account
  • if new client, whow wish to pay for the rack via credit card, go to Schedule Rack Page
  • Select the Category of Rack
  • Select the Resource - Rack # (Ignor the cost per slot details) 
  • Select the Slot - Check Rack Schedule Overview page for slot details
  • Click Next and confirm the amount.   
  • Wait for approval

How to Access PSTN Phone

- Download Cisco IP Communicator (ask our support team to provide a link to download them for training purpose)

- Register the IP Communicator to 157.26.1.11

- Set the Device Name to - PSTNY (where Y is your POD or Rack Number)
