Webex Contact Center Expert
This course is designed to present the Webex Calling Customer Administrator with the comprehensive knowledge and skills required to operate the Cisco Webex Calling cloud-based PBX system at the customer administrator level.
The overall objective is for the customer administrator to set up a Webex Calling location, and manage moves, adds, and changes (MACs) for users, devices, locations, and features.
Special emphasis will be given to the Webex Calling Portals to achieve a solid understanding of the procedures and capabilities of the system at the latest release level.
