Payment Terms and Conditions
- Public Scheduled Courses Unless otherwise stipulated by VoiceBootcamp, fees for all public scheduled courses are payable by the Purchaser twenty (20) working days prior to course commencement, or at time of order where this is less than twenty (20) working days before course commencement. If we do not receive payment we reserve the right to cancel the course booking. b.Closed Company Courses Unless otherwise stipulated by VoiceBootcamp, fees for Closed Company Courses are payable within thirty (30) days from date of invoice, or at time of order where this is less than thirty (30) working days before course commencement. If we do not receive payment we reserve the right to cancel the order. c. Prepaid Course Passports and Prepayments Fees for Prepaid Course Passports are payable from date of invoice. Orders for courses to be taken as part of a prepaid course passport will not be accepted until full payment is received. If we do not receive payment we reserve the right to cancel the order. Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking all Course Passports and other forms of Prepayment products are valid for one year from the date of invoice only. Any unused balance remaining at the end of this period will expire. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and VoiceBootcamp will apply VAT to all fees in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of booking.
Course Policies/Study Kits
The Purchaser agrees to pay the following charges to VoiceBootcamp in the Event that for whatever reason a Delegate fails to attend, withdraws or transfers from a course without providing at least twenty (28) working days’ written notice prior to the schedule start of the course. In this respect, a cancellation fee refers to a specific course date and therefore a transfer to a later course counts as a cancellation. a. Written Notice of Cancellation or Transfer – Public Scheduled Courses 16-28 working days: 50% of course fee
0-15 working days: 100% of course fee b. Written Notice of Cancellation or Transfer – Public scheduled Course booked as part of a Prepaid Course Passport 16-28 working days: 50% of course fee
0-15 working days: 100% of course fee c. Written Notice of Cancellation or Transfer – Closed Company Courses 0-30 working days: 100% of course fee
We will provide full refund if we cancel the course or deliver a product that is not as describe. However, our refund policy takes upto 4 months to complete therefore payment will be deposited back to your account. During the refund process, any complain against us online and/or with peers shell void the refund.
Partial refund is provided if we agree to refund certain amount of the money. Duration for partial refund is the same as full refund. It may take up to 4 months to complete
At any given, if candidate cancel any class within the 28 days business days of our scheduled class, no refund is provided. If you purchase our self study kit and downloaded a license regardless if you have used the product or not, refund will not be provided. If you have requested self study kit in advanced of any class that you have signed up for, and have acknowledged that you have recieved the product, no refund will be provided if the class is cancel and/or re-scheduled. Reschedule will be allowed. VoiceBootcamp may provide compensation if we cancel the class.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 In the case of transactions where the above regulations apply then the Purchaser shall have the right to cancel this contract without liability within 14 days provided that the company has not commenced delivery of the services during this period.
