MS 721 - Microsoft Team Voice Training

This training course equips participants with the knowledge and skills required to succeed as a Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer. Participants will build a strong foundation in networking, telecommunications, audio/visual and meeting room technologies, identity and access management, and Microsoft Teams. Through hands-on labs, they will configure and deploy Microsoft Teams Phone, meetings, and certified devices such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hub. The course also covers administration and monitoring using the Microsoft Teams admin center, PowerShell, the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Portal, and the Call Quality Dashboard.
