Terms and Conditions

Course Accessibility and Format:

  • All courses are required to be completed ONLINE.
  • Each course is facilitated by an instructor with Dual CCIE certification.

 

Course Scheduling and Access:

  • Candidates have the flexibility to take all three courses consecutively (subject to scheduling availability) or spread them out over a period of up to three years.
  • One license for our e-learning portal, exclusively designed for UC, Collaboration, and Contact Center engineers, is included in the package.

 

License and Sharing:

  • The package is intended for use by a single individual. However, upon request, it can be shared between two individuals.
  • If the package is shared, only one e-learning portal license will be provided.

 

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued once the first class has been attended.

 

Lab Access:

  • Each course includes 200 hours of lab access for practice, totaling 600 hours for all three courses.
  • Lab access availability is scheduled and subject to availability.

 

Guaranteed To Run:

  • In the rare event that we need to cancel a class, we guarantee to reschedule within one month of the original date. The rescheduled date will be communicated to the candidate 1-2 weeks prior to the class. It will be reschedule 1 to 2 weeks before or after original scheduled date.

 

Payment and Attendance Verification:

  • Full payment is required in advance of attending any class.
  • Candidates may be required to show their face via video (as instructed by the instructor) during class for attendance verification purposes, ensuring the integrity of the course participation.
