Cisco CVP Call Studio Scripting Training

This is a 5-day instructor-led course intended for system engineers and customers who want to learn how to develop Cisco Customer Voice Portal scripts known as call studio scripts.   This course will walk you step by step from the beginner stage to the advanced level.  You will learn techniques to develop call studio scripts that will integrate with the database, RSET API, External files, Java Class, as well as Google DialogFlow text-to-speech server.  You will learn how to build ChatBot and Voice Bot enable call centers.  You will also learn how to enable an AI-enabled call center using call studio scripts.
